Our Mission

Our mission is to recruit, develop, retain, and amplify the impact of excellent inclusive STEM educators who can prepare all students for further education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, allow all students access to careers in these fields, and prepare all students for the opportunities of the future.  We also seek to establish an alliance of education, community, and corporate partners that promotes STEM equality and 21st century skills for all students, including individuals with disabilities through research, education, and advocacy.

In conjunction with the United States Department of Education (ED) and the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP); The College of Education and Human Services of Montclair State University; the New Jersey Technology and Engineering Educators Association (NJTEEA), and local school and community partners, we seek to provide information and resources to help create high-quality inclusive education and STEM equality for all learners.  With the goal of preventing STEM failure and encouraging educational equity, we aspire to promote education that allows all learners to excel in STEM fields, invent new products, create scientific innovation, become entrepreneurs, and contribute equally to the economic and educational future of our country.
